To allow our physicians to attend to patients who are in the office with a minimum of interruptions, our dedicated staff of professionals may assist you.  If you have a situation that requires the immediate attention of your physician, the staff will inform the physician and the physician will respond to you as soon as possible.  The physicians will attempt to return phone calls throughout the day, but many times, the best time for them to call is after office hours usually between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm

Medical confidentiality is a very serious matter.  As such, it is not appropriate for family members to call our physicians to discuss another's condition.  Family members concerned about another's condition should attend the office with that family member.
